As is known, 100% Islay is distilled from lightly peated malt (20ppm) from its own Rockside Farm. Whiskeys distilled in 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2011 were used for the eleventh edition. The selection consisted of 26 bourbon barrels and 7 shery butts. The youngest whiskey in the mix was nine years old. As usual, the whiskey was bottled at a strength of 50%, unchill filtered and uncoloured. A total of 12,000 bottles are available.
