This single cask rum comes from one of the least known distilleries in Jamaica, New Yarmouth. Back in 1994, the rum was distilled on a
column still. Eventually, it was bottled in our warehouse in February 2021, yielding only 308 bottles. It was fully aged in an ex-Bourbon
cask and was not chill filtered, which is common practice with all the Single Barrel Selection rums.
Nose: Not your typical Jamaican rum, albeit fruity and funky with soft fruity notes of dark grapes, fresh cherries, and coconut.
Palate: A delicious and utterly well-balanced rum with notes of honey and coconut followed by fresh sweet berries and an
unmistakable wood influence from the oak barrel
