Tasting Notes
Nose: Very nice nose, mandarin, raisin, cranberry, blueberry, dried figs, candied walnut, darker fruits emerge later.
Taste: Very smooth in the mouth. Dark chocolate, tobacco, pepper with orange, cranberry & blueberry. Some faint woody aspects and toasted almonds. A slight sweetness on the tongue.
Finish: Very long, oranges, candy, cherry pie, ripe grapes. Pickled fruits towards rum pot. Jam toffee. The sweetness and the slight spiciness from the barrel harmonize perfectly.
