This storied distillery on Trinidad closed in the early noughties and has long been prized by rum geeks the world over for it’s uncompromising depth of flavour.
A quarter of a century resting in a refill cask has provided a huge variety of notes - veering from vintage Riesling, paraffin, old car, to plantain, marzipan, orange pith, tamarind and even spearmint.
This just keeeeeeeps on evolving in the glass.
A rare treat indeed, and your chance to taste a piece of history.
