The wine is very fresh and fruity and in its scent especially citrus fruit and a granny smit apple come forward. It is our only wine that can age well, this wine can easily age 10 years and more. After 3 to 4 years, this wine develops 'goût de pétrole', the smell of petroleum. This wine is an ideal combination with everything that comes from the sea.
