This Ardmore was distilled in September 2003 and matured in bourbon cask 801285. It was bottled in 2021 at 48.5%, non chill filtered and without added colourings, as a limited single cask release of 306 bottles.
Nose: dry peat smoke with lime and honey
Taste: soft smoke with vanilla and ginger
Aftertaste: the smoke disappears but the lime notes remain
