Bache Gabrielsen 1999 Fins Bois comes from the vineyards of the Fins Bois and was distilled in a single distillery. Fully matured in the cellars of Bache Gabrielsen in the center of Cognac, the cellar master selected this eau-de-vie for its distinctive character, a true Finnish Bois style with precision and depth.
This last vintage of the 20th century was one of the less productive vintages in the history of cognac, but of great quality. This single cask cognac offers complex and powerful tannins and has a perfect balance between youth and maturity. The 1999 harvest will remain a witness to the last century.
