Round and full of flavor, our rum is made from a collection of the finest molasses available. As always, we bring out the best in our ingredients through traditional double distillation in hand-built copper pot stills. The result of our unique cooperage program consisting of a variety of oak species with multiple taste profiles is a bold and robust rum with rich deep fruit with viscous warm notes of vanilla and caramel. This is a rum to excite both the rum purist and committed whisky drinker.
