Nose: Fresh and subtle, with an abundance of fruity aromas of banana, pear and mirabelle plum, balanced by nuances of honey, beeswax and vanilla. With time, notes of sugar cane syrup and roasted pineapple emerge.
Mouth: Lively and generous, with hints of candied citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit) and stone fruits such as white peach, accompanied by soft spices such as cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
Finish: Long and silky, with a powdery texture of ginger and semolina, followed by lingering flavours of Williams pear, Golden Delicious apple, and spicy tobacco notes.
