It gives aromas of strawberry and peony with the tartness of kumquat and white currant. On the palate you will find flavors of pink grapefruit and mandarin combined with the flavors of brioche and honey. Medium to full flavor with very fine bubbles that run and persist over the entire length of the wine. It is a complex Champagne that does not require aging to become beautiful.
