CLIMATE & TERROIR: Mediterranean climate. The soils consist of
limestone (terre bianche), clay and sand.
VINIFICATION: Each variety is fermented separately. The viognier
is fermented and matured in oak, the vermentino in stainless steel.
The winemaker then blends the different base wines in the
desired ratio (which varies per harvest year).
GRAPES: vermentino (40%), viognier (40%), fiano (20%)
ALCOHOL PERCENTAGE: 13.50%
NOIS & TASTE: A complex wine with aromas of citrus, white
flowers and Mediterranean herbs (rosemary and sage). The fresh and
spicy notes of vermentino combine with the complexity and
roundness of viognier. Fiano adds a floral and balsamic note.
SERVING SUGGESTION: A challenging, gastronomic wine that can be used with many dishes, such as fried fish, seafood, poultry and white meat. However, there is no need to rush, because the
Vistamare can also mature surprisingly well!
FACT: The label is inspired by the landscape in the area.
The blue areas symbolize the trees that line the
