Capitelle des Vignes Vermentino/Viognier is very intense and layered, with a mix of floral notes, fresh pear, peach and apricot jam on the nose. The wine is full, well-balanced, lively and creamy in texture, with a delicious acidity in the lingering finish. Serve this wine chilled, as an aperitif or with lobster salad, Parmesan risotto and lightly matured cheeses.
