The Premier Cru Vaulorent is almost an extension of the slopes on which the Grand Cru Les Preuses is located, with only a small path separating the two vineyards. Vaulorent's proximity to its famous neighbor also results in powerful, mineral-rich wines. The taste of this wine is rich and concentrated with remarkable freshness and a lot of length. Think of aromas of citrus and white fruit. Serve at 12 to 14°C with various fish dishes, shellfish, poultry and white meat, grilled or with creamy sauces.
