The Deutz Rosé Sakura champagne is a special rosé that undergoes a long maturation process (about 4 to 5 years). The Deutz Rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, from different harvest years. The Rosé gets its specific color thanks to the addition of 8% red wine, from the old vines in Aÿ and Meurtet.
The champagne has a beautiful pink color with a very refined mousse. The nose immediately has fresh elements with aromas of fresh red fruit such as cherries, red berries, pomegranates and blackberries. When drinking the champagne, a delicious taste of strawberry and raspberry emerges that perfectly completes the nose. This champagne is extra delicious as an aperitif, but also in combination with dishes such as salmon, carpaccio, duck or lamb chop.
