Medium lemon yellow in color with aromas that jump out of the glass. Ripe apples, vanilla and toast dance towards you. Certainly not a standard Spanish white wine in the most positive sense of the word. In taste we taste ripe apples, vanilla and toast again. Nice full body and quite a robust wine.

Serving suggestion: Tapas, various meat dishes (pork chop) pork, firm white fish, soft old creamy cheeses. Grilled vegetables (pepper, zucchini etc.) Can handle quite a few dishes due to its firm body and wood influence. Enjoy!
