Vinification:
After harvesting, the grapes are immediately crushed and soaked to obtain colour, flavour and structure. Then further fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness.

Delicious aperitif wine and an excellent accompaniment to salads and meat dishes

South African Copperfield is located in the Western Cape. The area has some of the oldest soils in the world, a favourable Mediterranean climate and cooling winds.
