Vinification:
After harvesting, the grapes are immediately crushed and briefly soaked. Then fermented further in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness.

South African Copperfield is located in the Western Cape. The area has some of the oldest soils in the world, a favourable Mediterranean climate and cooling winds.
