Daftmill 2011 Summer Batch Release is a Scotch whisky.
This whisky was made from barley called Publican, which is grown on 1 field of the farm.
The barley was harvested in August 2009 and was malted in the summer of 2010.
The maturation took place on 27 1st fill bourbon barrels from the Clermont Springs Distillery.
The bottling took place in 2023. Daftmill 2011 has 46% alcohol.
Daftmill is a seasonal distillery which means that the distillery is only active in midsummer and winter.
This is because they are a farm the rest of the year and only distill during the quiet period.
The releases that daftmill brings out are also special.
