The De Moya Tibó Merseguera is a special blend of 60% Verdejo and 40% Merseguera. Merseguera is at its best when grown at high altitude, such as De Moya (1000 metres). It then develops a thick skin and beautiful acids. The wine has aromas of fresh lime peel, ripe white peach and tropical fruit. The wine is crisp and lively with grapefruit-like acids and notes of stone fruit. The finish is balanced with a persistent mineral freshness. Delicious as an aperitif, with shellfish and dishes from Asian cuisine.
