This limited-release Premier Cru Champagne from Didier Herbert is made solely by using Pinot Noir grapes from Rilly La Montagne. Vinified exclusively in oak and disgorged in 2021, this expression offers a perfumed nose with blueberries, sea salt and blackcurrants. The palate has elegant notes of sweet toffee, along with generous and creamy fruitiness with a whiff of smoke.
