On the nose, so phenolic and meaty in stye with peat smoke and pulled pork to the fore.
On the palate, oily and thick.. Damp oak with an Islay earthiness plus streaky bacon and sea-spray. Long finish with charred wood and peated malt as well as a sweet BBQ character.
