This rum represents the tradition, craft, and legacy of Demerara-rum-making. These are the Last Casks of a once-popular, caramel-coloured blend that was last produced in 1998, comprising redistilled light rum that was once produced on the since-discontinued Tri-Canada still, blended and aged with rums from the Port Mourant Double Wooden pot and the Enmore Wooden Coffey still.
