El Jolgorio Barril is an agave species that grows at high altitudes with long stem-like pinas and has dense sugars and little moisture. The taste is complex with a wonderful balance between the sweetness and citrus notes in this mezcal. The Barril is slightly more yellow in color than the other El Jolgorio Mezcal's.
