El Jolgorio Mexicano is a traditional pit-roasted mule-powered millstone, crushed agave, and twice-distilled mezcal from Mexico. Mexicano agave belongs to a rare variety. This agave prefers to grow in moist areas. The result is a very powerful mezcal with a long, complex finish.
