then matures for 22 months in new French oak barrels. After
bottling, it rests in the cellar for another 15 months.
GRAPES: tempranillo
ALCOHOL PERCENTAGE: 14.50%
NOIS & TASTE: Deep cherry colour with aromas of red fruit,
currants, cranberries, liquorice and toast. Very Atlantic in
character with a nice minerality. The finish is very long with
hints of roasted hazelnut. SERVING SUGGESTION: Pairs well with game, red meat and veal.
FACT: Finca Museum is one of two wineries that has been making red reserva wines in Cigales for over 10 years.
