The A.D. Rattray Cask Collection Glen Garioch 9 years old 2011 is a 9 year old Highlands single malt from the Glen Garioch distillery bottled by the independent bottler A.D. Rattray. This Glen Garioch was distilled on July 13, 2011 and matured in bourbon hogshead 2298 followed by a finish in Islay sherry cask 353115. It was bottled on April 12, 2021 at cask strength of 57%, non chill filtered and without the addition of dyes, as a limited single cask release of 288 bottles.
Nose: scents of orange on the BBQ, roasted grains and smoke
Taste: raspberry pancakes, hibiscus and lime take over.
Finish: Roasted meat with honey, dried apricots and ginger
