St. Kevin, the man on our bottle, stood apart. This whiskey does the same. Notes of vanilla, butterscotch and honey are layered with flavors from the cask's predecessor liquid, Grand Cru Burgundy. Steeped in full-bodied pinot noir grape wine, the cask added rich berry notes, a slight earthiness and the complex woody spices of French oak.
