St. Kevin, the man on our bottle, stood apart. This whiskey does the same. Notes of vanilla, butterscotch and honey are layered with flavors from the cask's predecessor liquid, extra old apple brandy. The French oak has added its characteristic, woody spices along with a touch of fruit and tannin, bringing depth and complexity to the finish.
