Gouden Carolus Christmas is a dark brown beer brimming with character that is brewed in limited quantities to enjoy during the Christmas period. This specialty beer is brewed in August and then rests for a few months to achieve an optimal balance of taste. Six exceptional herbs and three different types of hops are added to the brewing kettles. This results in a complex beer with deep notes of dark chocolate, caramel and liquorice, rounded off with a surprising hint of anise. An imperial brew to cherish.
