Jura 29 Years Old The Kinship Edition No. 6 is a limited-edition bottling from the Jura Distillery on the eponymous Isle of Jura. Hunter Laing’s Kinship Edition, released annually for the Islay whisky festival Fèis Ìle, celebrates the great malts to be found across Islay and neighbouring islands. The sixth release of the popular series pays tribute to the wildlife of Islay. This exceptional Jura single malt was carefully selected by Andrew Laing. It matured for 29 years, and was bottled in 2022 at a cask strength of 48%. Jura 29 Years Old The Kinship Edition No. 6 has a complex nose, with aromas of almonds, lemon zest and orange complemented by brine, garden mint and melon. The palate offers notes of dark chocolate, green apples, sweet fruit, crispy bacon and brine. Only 175 individually numbered bottles have been released.
