This Fino Sherry Matured is a vatting of 12 fino sherry butts. Rather than finishing the whisky, this limited edition has spent its full maturation in fino sherry casks previously used by Bodega Migual Martin, Spain. During its time in cask, the whisky has taken on the fresh green apple character of the fino casks, balancing beautifully with the citrus sweetness, cooked fruits and maritime peat smoke of Kilchoman.
