A wine with an attractive ruby red color and many layers of aroma. A wine in which the fruit gradually gives way to mature aromas, with mineral notes such as graphite and gunpowder. La Consulta is inspired by its origins, alluvial soils with a sandy loam texture. This Cabernet Franc exudes a deep complexity, tradition and finesse.
Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 – Eugenio Bustos – 3,100 bottles in total
From our deepest and lowest terroir comes the best Cabernet Sauvignon from all our terroirs. A silty sandy soil that brings out this attractive ruby red colour. And which is known for the complex aromas that appear during the aging process; such as hazelnut, spices and liquorice. Eugenio Bustos is the true reflection of excellence and the delicacy that has characterized La Celia since 1890.
