VINIFICATION: The grapes are destemmed and then divided into two sections
divided. One section is fermented following the method of
thermovinification, the other section is vinified in a traditional way
peel soaking is mistaken. After this, both parts are blended.
GRAPES: Grenache
ALCOHOL PERCENTAGE: 13.50%
SMELL & TASTE: Ruby red wine with an accessible, fruity note
taste and aromas of red fruit such as raspberries, cassis and a hint
of spices. The taste is full, smooth and round with a fruity hint
aftertaste.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve slightly chilled as an aperitif, with snacks,
dishes with white meat or poultry, vegetarian (stew) dishes
with legumes, pasta with grilled vegetables, homemade pizza,
BBQ and mature cheeses.
