Luxurious sake of Shinkame Shuzõ, the legendary brewery that led the pure sake movement in the postwar period. Made on the basis of rice, ginjõ-polishing, and the most laborious way of making kõji. Soft and dry, but the 3 years of maturation provide depth and complexity. Store dark and cool. Drink preferably warm, in the spirit of previous brewery owner Ogawahara Yoshimasa.
