Winemaking follows the traditional method, entailing a meticulous, thoughtful and complex process by which a brilliant result is obtained. It involves double fermentation: the first is alcoholic, with indigenous yeasts, and the second is carbonic and takes place in the bottle, in accordance with the rigorous traditional method for sparkling wines. The base wines come from different vintages, and are chosen in perfect proportion to guarantee an unbeatable result.
