Christoph Neimann was fascinated by the fact that every glass of Martell Cordon Bleu contains more than 100 different eaux-de-vie, each of which is crucial to recreating its legendary taste. The story behind the creation of this iconic blend provided the inspiration for the new limited edition: Martell Cordon Bleu “100 eaux-de-vie in every drop”.
The Colour
Deep, golden copper.
The Aroma
Vibrant, rich and complex, with orchard fruit – candied plum and apple – harmonising with roasted notes of mocha coffee, toasted almonds and vetiver.
The Taste
An exceptionally rounded, mellow sensation further enhanced by Borderies eaux-de-vie, which lend elegance and complexity. An impressively long finish characterised by notes of fruit and spices.
