Brewery
Mii no Kotobuki, formerly known as Inoue Gōmei and founded in 1922 is a brewery with strong ambitions. The sake is brewed in small volumes based on local Itoshima Yamadanishiki rice using a slow brewing method. In addition to this plum sake, they produce the Mii no Kotobuki, Biden and Eiden brands. In the meantime, they have built up a good reputation in the world of authentic premium sake.
