CLIMATE & TERROIR: Mild continental climate with long, cold
winters and warm, often dry summers. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 280
metres and face south-west. The soil is rich in
limestone and marl.
VINIFICATION: The must is cooled to 0°C and slowly
fermented in closed tanks, creating the mousse. When the
desired balance between alcohol and residual sugar is reached, the fermentation
is interrupted by significantly lowering the temperature.
GRAPES: moscato
ALCOHOL PERCENTAGE: 5.00%
NOIS & TASTE: Straw-yellow wine with an intense, fresh
noisy aroma of muscat grapes, sweet apple and pear. Fresh-sweet taste with an
elegant mousse and aromas of ripe peach and fresh exotic fruit. SERVING SUGGESTION: With less than six percent alcohol, this wine is
– drunk young – extremely suitable as an aperitif, but also ideal
with fruit-based desserts and ice cream.
FACT: The grapes come from vineyards located in the
municipality of Castiglione Tinella (Cuneo) at an altitude of 280 meters,
