Since the end of the 18th century, the Touchais family has been known as wine growers. Harvest and vinification are done according to age-old methods. Then, according to time-honored tradition, the wine is bottled immediately after the winter following the harvest year. This way the wine retains all its freshness. The bottles are kept in cellars where they mature slowly for at least 10 years. Not a single bottle is released until the wine is 10 years old. Monsieur Jospeh Touchais regularly tastes the vintages so that only the best bottles are brought to the market.
