The Natsu Makin is a Sake that consists of half the juice of the Japanese Mandarin. A fruity sake with nice citrus-bitter notes. Intense mandarin fruit, a bit sweet but with stimulating fresh acidity. The sake has been matured for two years and is one of the best mandarin sakes in the country.
