The 1423 S.B.S Origin Selection is a hand-picked series of unmatured rums specifically chosen for their powerful profile and flavour. The chosen rums and brands are well known from our matured 1423 Single Barrel Selection and we now offer the opportunity to taste the origins of our products in our 1423 S.B.S Origin Selection. Enjoy it neat, on the rocks or to enhance your cocktails. This bottling contains a delicious white rum distilled in traditional column stills, with which you can make great Daiquiris.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Acetone, hints of white pepper and dried flowers. Lots of citrus peel with heavy notes of grapefruit.
Palate: Again lots of citrus - lots of lemon peel. Marzipan and a little floral with hints of lavender. Oily and soft mouthfeel with a long dry finish.
