CLIMATE & TERROIR: Mediterranean climate. The soils of
various vineyards from Torrenieri, Rennina and Sugarille
consist largely of limestone, sand and clay.
VINIFICATION: The grapes are harvested separately and fermented in stainless steel.
The wine is then aged in wooden barrels for 24 months, after which the blending takes place. The wine then
matures for another 6 months in concrete barrels, followed by 2 years of bottle maturation.

ALCOHOL PERCENTAGE: 14.50%
NOIS & TASTE: An elegant Brunello with a mouth-filling, ripe
structure and sultry tannins. Aromas of thyme and rosemary come
to meet you together with balsamic vinegar, cherry and plum.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve with meat dishes or with matured
hard cheeses. This wine can be drunk young but will be even better when matured for a few more years.
FACT: This Brunello is made from grapes from
all the vineyards of Gaja in Montalcino. The first harvest year of
this wine was 2005.
