CLIMATE & TERROIR: Vineyards located in the Haut-Rhin, the
southern part of Alsace, around the town of Bergheim. The soils
consist mainly of clay and limestone.
VINIFICATION: Fermentation takes place at low temperatures in
stainless steel tanks.
GRAPES: pinot blanc
ALCOHOL PERCENTAGE: 12.50%
NOISE & TASTE: Fresh and invigorating with a lively bouquet of
ripe pear and green apple.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Good to combine with various
starters with fish or poultry, vegetable dishes and of course
asparagus!
