Selecting 22 exquisite barrels of the finest Panama 2010 vintage, Alexandre’s picks are shaped by the lush rainforests and sweeping hillsides which surround the distillery. The region’s tropical conditions and humid climate all assist in the creation of this truly unique expression.
Harnessing Plantation Rum’s signature double-aging technique, 8 years of rest in Central America are followed by a trans-antlantic voyage to south-west France and a further 5 years of maturation in French oak casks.
