CLIMATE & TERROIR: Wilhelm Walch's vineyards are
located on the southern side of the Alps, in the heart of the Dolomites.
VINIFICATION: The grapes are destemmed and
crushed immediately after harvest with a state-of-the-art destemming machine and crusher. The
fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks after which the wine matures in
large Slavonian oak barrels.
