CLIMATE & TERROIR: A mild climate. The grapes come from the Saomì vineyard, near the village of Bigolino in Valdobbiadene. There is a relatively cool microclimate and the soil consists of sand and gravel.
VINIFICATION: The second fermentation takes place in small, closed stainless steel tanks.

NOISE & TASTE: Fresh and floral, but also soft and creamy with an elegant mousse, ripe white fruit and a beautiful minerality.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve as an aperitif, also very surprising with fish dishes, pasta salads and grilled vegetables.
FACT: The name La Tordera is derived from the thrushes that winter in the vineyards.
