This is a pure cane juice rum, distilled in a pot still by Renegade, crafted from the Lacalome Red sugarcane variety harvested during the 2020 distillation campaign and it stands out for its distinctive aging process, utilizing three types of casks to achieve an unmatched richness and depth. Matured in French oak, ex-bourbon, and new American oak barrels, this rum reaches remarkable complexity in just three years, driven by an annual angel's share of 8%.
