The grapes for this wine are hand-harvested from select vineyards within the Mandelberg Grand Cru terroir in Alsace, France. After rigorous selection, the grapes are softly pressed and cold settled to remove impurities. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruity expression. This Riesling is then aged on the lees for several months to enhance its complexity and structure. The wine is bottled and allowed to further develop in the bottle in the cellar, developing even more depth and character with age.
