Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut di Santi is a sparkling wine made from hand-picked Glera grapes grown on the steep slopes of the hills of San Pietro di Feletto. After fermentation in steel tanks, it undergoes a second fermentation in an autoclave. It has a straw yellow color with a fine perlage and a floral nose with hints of pear and peach. It is dry, delicate and fresh, with an almondy aftertaste. Perfect with fish and vegetable starters.
