The Sauternes Cask Matured Limited Edition has been fully matured in ex-Sauternes wine casks and then bottled at 50% abv. Kilchoman founder Anthony Wills selected a combination of “fresh” and refill Sauternes barriques from 2017/2018. This created a perfect balance between buttery sweetness, barbecued pineapple, candied ginger and floral peat smoke.
